Emmanuel Durojaiye is a highly skilled sports photographer, creative director, and visual storyteller. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering at Morgan State University. Emmanuel has earned a reputation as one of the most innovative self-taught photographers & Videographers in HBCU sports.
As the co-founder and creative director of Morgan State Athletic's creative media team, he leads a talented group of student photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to elevate the university’s sports brand. His work has transformed the entire Morgan State media presence, by collaborating with other student creatives to produce content that highlights and tells the story of the athletes and the university.
Featured in The MSU Spokesman, "his creative direction has been described as pivotal to the reimagining of HBCU athletics media, setting a blueprint for other institutions to follow."
Emmanuel’s talent extends beyond Morgan State as he is an established Sports photography contributor for Getty Images. With experience in covering the HBCU Swingman Classic during the MLB All-Star Weekend, captured impactful moments at the 2024 UFL Championship Game, and the inaugural Coretta Scott King Classic for the women’s college basketball tournament.
With a creative eye, great attention to detail, technical expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software, and a deep passion for sports storytelling, Emmanuel is redefining how HBCU athletics are seen through his camera lens.
